Chicken and Broccoli
Ingredients:
3 Chicken Breasts
Soy Sauce
Fresh Ginger, diced (approx. 1/2 teaspoon)
Garlic, diced (approx. 1 teaspoon)
Ground pepper (just a dash)
1-2 heads broccoli
Olive Oil for cooking
Directions:
Cube chicken breasts.
Marinate chicken breast cubes in soy sauce, diced ginger, diced garlic, and a dash of ground pepper for as long as you desire (I did about 20-25 minutes). Don't use so much soy sauce that it pools, just enough to coat the chicken well.
Heat oil on stove top, add marinated chicken. Cook chicken in oil until no longer pink (don't overcook!!). Add chopped broccoli, and a small amount of soy sauce. Continue cooking until broccoli is how you like it:)
