Energy bites
Ingredients
- 1 cup oats
- ½ cup almond butter
- 1 cup pitted dates
- 1 tablespoons pure maple syrup.
- 1 inch fresh ginger
- unsweetened coconut for rolling
- Combine all ingredients into a food processor and blend until combined.
- Using small ice cream scoop, form into balls.
- Roll in coconut.
- Store in air-tight container in refrigerator.
