Cinnamon Rolls Recipe (Spencer’s favorite)
4 cups scalded milk
¾ cup sugar
2/3 cup butter
5 eggs
Brown sugar
13-14 cups flour
6 t yeast
3 t salt
Cinnamon
Scald milk; add ¾ cup sugar, add butter and salt. Cool to
lukewarm (impt!!!). Meanwhile, soak yeast in 2 cup warm water and 3 t sugar.
Add yeast mixture to milk mixture. Stir in beaten eggs. Add half the flour and
knead until soft dough; add 5-6 cups flour to make a sticky dough. Add more or
less as needed. Let rise to double. Stir down. Shape into a rectangle. Coat
down with cinnamon and brown sugar. Roll up and cut into rolls using unflavored
floss. Let rise again. Bake at 350 for 15-20 minutes. Frost and enjoy!
