Chickpea & Veggie Hash

Lots of veggies & beans!

You will need:
- 1 can rinsed chick peas
- 2 peppers (I used red and yellow)
- 1/2 can rinsed black beans
- 2 cups spinach
- 1 tomato
- 1/2 onion, diced
- 1 tablespoon garlic
- 1 tsp cumin
- 1 tsp turmeric
- 1/2 tsp red chili powder (more if you like spice)
- 1 tsp curry powder

Add 1 tablespoon olive oil.
Add garlic and onion until fragrant.
Add spices.
Add chopped peppers.
Add tomato.
Add beans.
Simmer for 10 minutes.
Add spinach and cook for 5 more minutes.
