Veggie Overload PIZZA

There are a million ways to make a pizza. Take that Lil Sleezy Hot and Sweaty pizza. 

Here is my take on a delicious veggie pizza! Keep the focus on the veggies.

Ingredients
1 zucchini, sliced
1 yellow squash, sliced1 tomato, diced1/2 red onion, sliced thinly1 green pepper, sliced5 mushrooms, choppedArtichoke hearts
1/4 cup Tomato sauceCrust (cauliflower crust would be amazing. I just get Trader Joe's pizza dough for $1)

Olives
Lil bit of pepper jack cheese & feta (if you don't eat cheese, just omit this!)


Lay out the crust. Pile on the goodies. 
Bake for 15 minutes at 400 degrees F.

EAT.
